On October 25, we will be hosting Category K1, P1 and P2 at the Salt Lake Community College and Categories A-D at the University Park Marriott.  Schedules for the Hot Food categories will be posted October 22.  Set up for the Cold food will be at 2:00 pm at the University Park.  DEADLINE FOR ALL COMPETITIONS IS MIDNIGHT OCTOBER 21ST!!!  All competitions require a completed competitor’s information form along with an entry fee of $35.  Any questions can be directed to Wendy Hunter.

If you participated in the Cold Salon held at UVSC on March 7, 2008, and wish to have your certificate/medal count toward your certification goals, you must contact me IMMEDIATELY with your name, the category entered, and the level achieved!
