Hello All,
I would like to encourage you all to attend the general meeting next Monday at US Foods(click on the calendar date for directions) We will be learning about " Restaurants Going Green" and Sustainability. There will also be great food served and a chance to catch up with everyone. The new Board of Directors is excited about whats going on so we need all that can to attend. We will be discussing the Escoffier Dinner, Competitions, Certification practical, Western Regional and Chef and Child Event. The members participation is Vital to the success of each of these events and for the chapter to thrive.
