Monday the 14th January Chapter Meeting Sysco ,even if You are not a member come along and meet members ,this is going to be the biggest Year in our 40year history ,we have the oppurnity to make a statement to the Western to the States we are a Culinary force in Utah.get involved ,we as a chapter would also like to do a certification practical this year this meeting is the time to put your name forward to do the practical exam .The Board is also looking for a Sargent of Arms to become a Board member ,qualifications willing to be involved and pay it forward at all times .
The rate of Pay is Zero ,you will meet a lot of good people and learn to share your knowledge .

Peter, can a Broker or Manufacture Rep. become a board member?

Stefon, No only active Chef members are allowed to sit on the Board. I would like to see in the future a representative from the broker/distribution community at least represented at the board meetings. You folks have much to offer and your hard work and dedecation to the chefs goes unappreciated most of the time.
